Realtified ("we", "us", "our") is a brand of Rudravatar Properties Private Limited (CIN U68100TS2025PTC196506), a real estate agent registered with the Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority under registration no. A02400005101. We operate the Realtified platform — a property discovery and home-buying advisory service for the Hyderabad residential real-estate market. Our registered place of business is in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. For the purposes of the DPDP Act, Rudravatar Properties Private Limited is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal data when you use our website or mobile application (the "Platform"). It is written in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) of India and other applicable laws.

We collect only data that is necessary to provide our services:

• Account information: Depending on how you sign in, we receive your mobile number (verified with a one-time code sent by SMS), your email address (you choose a password, which we never see), or — if you use Google sign-in — your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. Sign-in is handled by Google Firebase Authentication. You may also give us your name.
• Enquiry details: When you submit a property enquiry, request a callback or a site visit, or contact an advisor, we record the project, your name and phone number, your message, and a timestamp.
• Your home-search requirements: If an advisor helps you find a home, we record what you tell us — budget, configuration, preferred localities, timeline, the projects on your shortlist, site-visit plans, and notes from our conversations with you.
• Properties you list: If you post a property, we store its details, the photos, videos, and documents you upload, and the phone number buyers should call. Location data embedded in photos (EXIF/GPS) is removed when you upload them.
• Saved properties: Projects you bookmark are stored against your account so you can access them across devices.
• Financial calculator inputs: Numbers you enter in our EMI or affordability calculators are used only to display results in your browser. These inputs are not sent to our servers and are not stored.
• Usage data: We collect anonymised data about how you navigate the Platform (pages visited, features used) to improve the product. This data is not linked to your identity.
• Device and log data: Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, access timestamps) retained for security and debugging purposes.

• To authenticate you and maintain your account, including sending one-time sign-in codes by SMS.
• To display your saved properties and enquiry history.
• To act as your property advisor: understand your requirements, shortlist suitable projects, arrange site visits, and support you through booking.
• With your consent, to register you with the developers of projects on your shortlist. This shares your name, phone number, and requirements with that developer's sales team. We ask for your agreement before doing this, and you can withdraw it at any time.
• To show buyers who enquire about a property you listed the contact number you gave us for that listing.
• To send you transactional communications (e.g., enquiry confirmations, site visit reminders) via email.
• To improve the Platform and debug technical issues.
• To comply with legal obligations under Indian law.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We do not use your data for automated profiling or algorithmic decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

• Google Firebase Authentication: We use Firebase to sign you in (mobile one-time codes, email and password, or Google sign-in). Data is processed by Google LLC under their terms. See firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
• Google sign-in data: If you sign in with Google, we use your name, email address, and profile picture only to create and identify your Realtified account. We do not use Google account data for advertising, and we do not sell it or share it with anyone except as described in this policy.
• Cloudinary: Photos, videos, and documents uploaded to the Platform are stored and delivered by Cloudinary.
• Resend: We use Resend to send transactional emails (sign-up, enquiry confirmations, notifications). Your email address is shared with Resend solely for this purpose.
• Google Gemini AI: We use the Gemini API to read property documents that sellers and developers upload (such as brochures and RERA filings) and to power AI features on the Platform. We do not send your name or contact details to Gemini.
• Real-estate developers: Only with your consent, as described in Section 3.
• Razorpay: If you make a payment (e.g., a booking deposit), payment processing is handled by Razorpay. We do not store card or bank account details on our servers.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Enquiry records are retained for up to three years to support dispute resolution. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

The Platform uses essential cookies to maintain your login session. We may use analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage patterns; these do not identify you individually. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect login functionality.

As a Data Principal under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• Access: Request a summary of personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate or outdated personal data.
• Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations.
• Withdraw consent: Withdraw any consent you have given. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully before withdrawal.
• Grievance redressal: Raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer (see Section 8) or with the Data Protection Board of India once constituted.

In accordance with the DPDP Act 2023 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, you may contact our Grievance Officer for any data-related complaint or query:

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption in transit and server-side access controls that limit who can see your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately.

The Platform is intended for adults (18 years and above). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a minor has provided us personal data, please contact our Grievance Officer.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. The current version is always available on this page.
